Export Multiple Tables at Once - Power User Guide

You're on a page with 15 tables and need all of them in Excel. Clicking export 15 times? No thanks. Here's how to batch export like a pro.

Selection Mode: Your New Best Friend

Table to Excel includes a selection mode that lets you check multiple tables before exporting them all at once.

How to Use Selection Mode:

1. Click the Table to Excel popup icon
2. Enable "Selection Mode" in settings
3. Click the checkbox (☐) on each table you want
4. Click "Export Selected" in the popup

Export Options

Option 1: Multiple Worksheets (Recommended)

Each table becomes a separate worksheet in a single Excel file. Great for keeping data organized.

• Sheet 1: "Sales Q1"
• Sheet 2: "Sales Q2"
• Sheet 3: "Summary"

Option 2: Single Worksheet

All tables stacked in one sheet with separators. Useful for quick analysis.

Option 3: Separate Files

Export as CSV — each table becomes its own file.

Pro Tips

• Keyboard shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+E to export all selected tables
• Section export: Some pages have section buttons (🗂) that export all tables in that section
• Quick select: Use "Export All" in the popup to grab every table on the page
